Black table cloths
Black chair covers with Pool Blue sashes

Centerpieces:

Now the question is:

1. Adding a Pool blue tablerunner

2. Add Pool blue napkins at each seat

I think against the black, the blues would pop. They might get lost if you add more blue. I think you'll have to lay it all out and see for yourself instead of mental pictures.

I think it'll look good, but I agree that you have to lay it all out. I voted for both but it depends on how the runner looks. If it's too much with both, then I'd say just the napkins.

I love the colors! I agree that you need to lay it all out to get the full efect. I also wanted to point out not to forget about other pops of blue you may have such as favors, menu's etc (see picture). Also if you really wanted to add a table runner that wasn't blue have you thought of adding a damask one? your blue, black, and damask go wonderfull together I think.
