@SouthernBee33:  Not too much – considerate and cute. I wouldn’t expect tons of responses for the keys, and expect dirty jokes haha.

As for the photo booth, depends on how many people you invite. If you are inviting under 100, 2 hours should be fine. But I was at a huge wedding and there were *lines* for the photobooth. So you’d need more time.

I would have the guests only sign one thing and take home one thing. Although I’m not a big fan of favors, I loved taking my photo booth strip home from the last wedding I attended. 🙂

@SouthernBee33:  I think it was open during dinner…it was like 200-300 people in a giant freaking ballroom and the wedding booth was in a smaller room to the side with an open bar. Probably went on 5 hours. But I loved my photo with my SO and he has it framed in his room. I think it’s a nice thing to offer.

@SouthernBee33:  I think you’re fine, but just wanted to let you know I have a photobooth with two sets of strips (one for us, one for guest) and custom signature stamp on them, for two hours after dinner and the cost is $450. And i didn’t really pricehunt to get that.  I think you could probably find a better deal at either rate.

@SouthernBee33:  I thought I’d point something out about the photobooth.  It sounds like there are going to be two copies of the photos, right?  I would suggest keeping the koozies, because many people won’t get to take home the photos they take.  I went to a friend’s wedding who had a photobooth (2 copies, one for the guests and one for the bride and groom) and I didn’t get to take home a picture because one of the friends I posed with got it.

Not that you shouldn’t do the photobooth, they are lots of fun 🙂

not at all, but i would expect a chunk of people not to bother with the ‘key to a happy marriage’ thing as they either wont get around to it or theyll just be too lazy to do it

for the extra 100 dollars id go with 4 hours for the photobooth

@SouthernBee33:  I’ll have to ask where she got hers. They weren’t as expensive and looked nicer too.

I’d do the four hours. Our photobooth was never empty, it was a huge hit. I think our guests would have been disappointed if it wasn’t there the whole time. Nevermind the fact that DH walked up to me about halfway through the reception and said “did you know we had a photobooth?!?!” Uh, yeah, I did.. had we only done two hours I don’t think he ever would have found it, haha.

Just don’t be disapointed if everything doesn’t get done. WE had ALOT going on and our Ispy got skipped -I know some kids did it but we never got pictures.

Alot of people missed the photobooth or the guest book- part of this is because of oen of DH’s stupid Family members  ( I won’t say who because I want to openly call them stupid. ) kept unlocking the back door so people completly missed the foyer… yeah… grrr.
