not weird at all! it’s pretty normal to do this, and that way you don’t have to worry about someone bringing your luggage up to your room while you’re at your wedding.

No, not weird at all. Very efficient! Makes sense to me!

I don’t see anything weird about it.

Not weird at all!! Plus – your MOH will be able to get you guys a special wedding night basket and stash it in your room!

There certainly is nothing weird about it, but I would prefer a different room for the wedding night. If you are moving rooms within the same hotel, the bell staff will move everything for you. You just have to have the luggage packed and lined up near the door.

Not weird at all! I was thinking of doing the same with my MoH (she’s from out of town) for the night before & then the wedding night switching places with her – she goes to my place & FI & I take the hotel room.

I’d just make doubly sure you get a change of bed linens before you & hubby hit the sheets. LOL.

I just had a thought – have you thought to ask the hotel if they could provide a complimentary upgrade on the room, considering its your wedding night?

It might be a nice perk & it never hurts to ask, right?

That sounds like a great idea! A friend of mine spent the night with her BFF the night before the wedding and then didn’t see her future hubby until the wedding.
