Sounds like you are firm on 2″, so 2 1/2″ won’t work, right? Mine are 2 1/2 inches, so I could give you info on those if it was helpful, but it sounds like it might not be.

Not sure what your budget is, but Valentino and Prada are both doing a kitten type heel this season.

Do you have  DSW near you?  If not, they sell all their shoes online, too.  I was also stuck finding 2.5″ heels so I didn’t have to hem my dress either.  Found them at DSW and they were only $50.  Good luck!

@erinbacher:  Could a seamstress maybe lengthen the dress a little to accomadate your slightly higher heels?

Wow, if Zappos fails then I’m not sure what to recommend;  Overstock maybe.

I too am wearing 2″ heel and bought them for under $80 at Zappos in Marge Simpson size.

I went into payless shoes and asked for a specific heel size. Shoes were not important to me and no one was going to see them (As a matter of fact I had them torn off my feet IMMEDIATELY after the ceremony. I literally sat on a bench and took them off because, heels suck) so, there’s always that option.
