I got another gift off my registry without a name! Ugh! I tore the box apart before I called Target. They said they don't track that information. I've tried asking a few family members but they've got nothing. Any other suggestions? It's a pretty nice piece of Paula Dean cookware. I'd like to thank them!

Lame! At least you're getting stuff! We haven't gotten any gifts yet except for the ones for creating a registry from Macys, Calphalon and KitchenAid.

    Paula Dean, that bitch!

    hehe I couldn't resist.

Also, complaints about Target's registries seem to be going around. I would just keep asking around. Eventually, I'd think that someone would ask if you received it! Good luck. :)

It's only our second. My shower is only a few weeks away, so I think that's what it's for. I also see that I am getting a new mocrowave! lol. But If I have to track down names for every on-line gift I might go nuts!

I just looked at the packing slips I received with my 3 items I got from target. One had a note from the purchaser with their name. One said mail to: and then Sold to: and had the purchasers name (top right corner) and the other only had a order number. I find it hard to believe that Target can't look up purchase info if you give them an order number- Ironically that one belonged to Paula Deen cookware as well so my guess is its something about the warehouse that ships her products. I'd call again and ask for a supervisor and see if you can get a different response.

We registered at target and got a few things that I think shipped separately from other orders.

I was still really happy we registered there (returns were easy).

@His Barista: What a pain. Try asking at the shower though, maybe someone will know!

Ohhh Just a thought maybe repackage it for the shower and open it there and when there's no name maybe someone will know- or atleast the word will be out so people can ask around?

that's a good idea! I might just do that, LPCutiPie! I'm sure I have a bag I can put it in or something. haha.

I only got one invoice paper. It says the wearhouse name and address and my address several times. Ant the usual info (minus price, of course) but no note of who it was ordered by. = (

FMIL is going to try and do some digging for me as well. = )

@His Barista: I had this happen. My aunt said she requested a note and filled out the info @ target.com but all we got was a rug, no note . I put it on my facebook page as my status. I said,

is still wondering who generously sent us the rug we registered for. It was delivered with no information as to who the sender was. Anyone going to fess up? ;)

And my aunt did. I thought it was awkward to ask since she was unable to attend the shower and it was the most expensive item on our registry. I didn't want to ask, "did you send us this gift " since she wasn't expected to do so. And soo generous.

@future mrs kirsch: I thought about maybe doing something like that, but I'm so afraid of being rude, you know? Would any of you be offended if you saw a facebook post like that?
