@FutureDrAtkins:  I have a pave ring too — not From Moissyco — but I lost one of my stones just like you & my jeweler said to take it to any local jeweler & she will foot the bill to replace the stone. Hopefully moissyco will do the same!

Pave bands, especially the ones that don’t have any metal arounf the stones, are notorious for losing stones. At the jewelry store where I work, every single day there is at least one person who comes in with missing pave stones. I don’t want to be a negative nancy, but it might get worse as time goes on and your ring picks up more wear and tear. Perhaps request a couple extra pave stones, and make friends with a local jeweler who can replace them!

Sorry to hear this 🙁  You’d expect them to remain intact for longer.

@FutureDrAtkins:  oh no! They should send you a pre-paid shipping label and hopefully fix it and have it back to you in a few weeks. I am no stranger to this process unfortunately. My first setting gave me some trouble and I kept having to send it back. eventually I had a new setting made. I hope everything works out for you!

@FutureDrAtkins:  No my husband purchased from a jeweler in CA. I had problems with the shank of my old ring. He did have to pay extra for my new setting but only because I went from a solitare to a halo setting. Regardless, MoCo needs to stand behind their work, I imagine they would have no problem doing so. maybe they should switch your stone into a new setting?

I am waiting on the same ring as you…. but it isn’t on sale anymore (hasn’t been since we picked it) so mayyyyyybe the resizing is the issue.  I don’t know if it’s been ordered yet; my hands have been out of it since I told him this was the one for me (months ago!).
