I wrote a post on it a few months back http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/it-works-body-applications

I got some great responses as well as a gal who sells it.

NOW, from personal experience I had lost an inch in two days from the wraps, but that was it. I tried using them again and I lost nothing. I was pretty much water logged because you have to drink a TON of water.

They say that sometimes your body is so toxic that you won’t see results with the first few wraps, which is kind of disheartening considering the wraps are $100 a pop for 4 of them. So I quit them because its just too expensive.

I would recommend just diet and exercise. I think the wraps are beneficial for slight problem areas like legs and arms, to just tighten them up, but if you want to lose weight and look skinny this isn’t the way to go.
