I tried the wraps where I went to the Place and they wrapped me then put me In a track suit for an hour....I lost inches and a couple of pounds, but only for that day, I was always back to normal the next day....
@Missloveknot: OH yeah I've seen those things. These are different, but it sounds like they only got rid of water weight.

So i bought some of these body wraps from IT works Global to lose some inches around my waist. So far, I've only lost an inch and a half at most with each one that I've tried. Has anyone else tried them? Did you get the results you expected? Or not get any results at all? I'm frustrated because they aren't exactly cheap. I know people who claim to have lost 5 inches after doing one wrap, but that hasn't been my experience. Supposedly they make your fat cells detoxify themselves. So your supposed to drink losts of water during and for 72 hours after using a wrap. Which I've done.
