This Saturday marks a year to the day we will be married!  I have a commitment in the early evening, and we're trying to brainstorm something to do to celebrate.

How did you celebrate your pre-anniversary?

We both relized it was 1 year before pretty much at the same time and just kind of held each other and kissed. We also paid close attention to the weather, but that's a little off topic!

Haha! We celebrated our Negative One (I'm so glad someone else calls it that too!) by cracking out a bottle of champagne and watching wedding movies all day. We rented Father of the Bride, My Best Friend's Wedding, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and something else. I can't remember the other one. Oh well, it was really fun. (: Congratulations on Negative one!

Yay! We never got to celebrate our pre-anniversary as we moved the date forward and booked in August for our July wedding. But we do try and celebrate every month we get closer by doing something together.

We celebrated our pre-wedding anniversary by having a special dinner at Mickey's (Michelin restaurant) in Cinque Terre Italy.

My fiance is so funnily romantic about stuff.. I wasn't planning to do anything to celebrate, but he seems very intent on it (and, when we started dating, he was the one who would call me on the 23rd of every single month and wish me a happy anniversary!).

I think we're going to get a bottle of sparkling wine, some take-out, and have a nice evening in.  That's what we like to do best anyway :)

    I just can't believe it's almost a year!
