Thanks! I think I'll be sure we take our camera in addition to the photographer's. I just called the studio to find out when it's open that day and what the best time would be. I am SO in love...always wanted to have one of these pics with THE ONE. I am 49 and twice divorced (by my mid-30's),and this will be my FIRST time doing this with my sweetie! I did save the best for last!

Over the weekend, we were talking 4th of July plans. We decided to get an old time photo taken at a little studio that's on the way to where his folks live. Then he said it would be really fun to propose as part of the picture, with a big fake diamond. Yesterday we went "ring shopping" for a fake diamond ring for the photo, and got one at Party City. Afterwards I mentioned, "so, we're going to have a mock proposal on July 3rd". He said, "it's not going to be mock, it's going to be real." I said I didn't think that big fake plastic diamond ring would be good for wearing around the office. He said we'll have to get me another one!!! I am in heaven!!! You are the first I've told...so in 12 days I will be engaged!
