Aw what a bummer!!! It's not noticeable, but when you pay for a beautiful dress, you expect it to be perfect!
That sucks! I hope everything works out because that dress is AMAZING!!!!
I'm sure that was a let down but that's good that they will get it done with hopefully no hassle. That dress is stunning by the way.
Beautiful dress! Were the missing crystals in the package and easily put back in? Would you do it yourself instead of sending it back? You have plenty of time, tho,so hopefully they'll offer a solution you're happy with.
Such a shame. It's not noticeable but because you know it's not there you wont think of it being perfect I suspect. By the way the dress really suits you and wanted to comment on another post, but didn't think you'd see it, that it looks better on you than the model, beautiful.
Aww thats too bad. What a letdown. On a brighter note the dress looks amazing on you!
Amazing dress. I dont think anyone will notice but you. I hate that your dress wasn't 100% perfect.
That dress is INCREDIBLE. Gorgeous choice. I'm hoping they can request a crystal to be sent in the mail so you can fix it yourself, or have it fixed in store. Looks like a perfect fit!
Ha ha, little confession, that dress IS the first dress I ever used as an inspiration. It's number one on my 'dress page' Oopps. I love it, it's so beautiful. I'm sure everthing will turn out ok.
Oh.....that is a let down. That happened with my sister's wedding dress-there wasn't enought time to send it back so my Mom went out and bought a piece of costume jewlery that had a stone of similar shape/size and we just replaced ourselves. No one knew the difference on her wedding day. When you pay that much for a dress though it's not unreasonable to expect it to come with ALL of the crystals. Did you check the dress bag to see if maybe it fell out during shipping?
I looked in the bag and even the box it was shipped to me in (the shop is out of state), and no crystal :-[. I know its not noticable to the browsing eye, but its all I can think about and all I can see, lol. I called the shop this morning and they were very polite and accomodating. I'll be shipping my gown back to them tommorow so they can repair the crystal and mail it back. Their customer service has been exquisite so far, so atleast theres that :-]. Thank you for the compliments, you all make me blush :-]. Now hopefully my seamstress will be able to alter the dress to fit me like the clips made it fit at the bridal salon! :-D
Ohh no, I'm so sorry to hear that. Your dress is one of my favorite dresses!
It isn't noticable at all (you had to really point it out for me to see it) but I don't blame you for wanting your dress to be perfect. It is what you paid for and it isn't just "some dress". I'm sure it will work out.
I hope that they resolve it quickly and simply for you. I just had to say you look SO beautiful in that dress - WOW!
i'm sorry to hear this! but, like you said, La Soie offers excellent service, so you don't need to worry about getting a perfect dress back :)

My dress, Blue by Enzoani's Cheyenne, arrived last night. I drove through the storming rain to the UPS center, huddled with other freezing cold package picker-uppers until they opened the doors for their late night pickup, and got my box. When I got home, I tore open the box, unzipped the bag and.... it was missing a crystal. Huge letdown. I'm calling the bridal shop today. Their return policy is that they take back defective merchandise and even pay the shipping to get the item back to them. I'm hoping they can replace the crystal themselves, and not have to send it all the way back to Enzoani.
Did anyone else have a similar situation? Was your brand new dress in some way imperfect? How did you handle it? What was the solution?
Here are images of me in the sample, and images of the missing crystal:
