I know! Every time I say I have to pee, people ask if I am pregnant! No I just drink a lot of water!
I'm not sure why it's okay to ask people if they are pregnant or planning to have kids once they are married.
Are you kidding? I'm not even married yet, and people still ask me things like this!! My mom once asked me in high school b/c I complained of feeling nauseous... even before I was having sex!
I don't understand it. We're not baby factories, and we're allowed to get sick.
I had this same type of experience recently. I had lost my voice and one of the doctors that I volunteer with asked if I was pregnant! And no, he wasn't treating me - I was consulting with him about a patient. I never asked for his opinions/ advice. He's literally probably 80 years old. I just laughed and said no. What else do you do? LOL For the life of me, I still don't know what losing my voice has to do with becoming pregant though.
Everytime I was sick in college and went to the health center, they "recommended" you take a pregnancy test. Most times, I had a sinus infection or even bronchitis. Stupid close dorm living! But I was by no means pregnant. Oh well...better to be safe, I guess.
I was ALWAYS being asked if I was pregnant when I was in high school and at my first job. I started working there 2 weeks after I graduated and every few days someone would ask if I was pregnant because of a headache! My FI has been my one and only and I met him 7 months after I graduated and started my first job! There was NO WAY I could have been pregnant but I was still asked all the time but then when I DID get pregnant no one could believe it. lol
I had a stomach bug a few weeks ago, and stayed home from work. EVERYONE assumed I was throwing up because of morning sickness. Umm, no.
@RayRayFurious:my school's health center did this too. a friend of mine went because she had a stye in her eye and they insisted she was pregnant...

ugh! So this is funny, but frustating! I came into work late yesterday and wasn't feeling well. I felt a little woozy and just under the weather in general. My mom, and 2 of my co-workers all asked if I was pregnant! And then, talking to husband today, his co-workers asked the same thing! Really? Since when do colds and pregnancy have the same symptoms?
I just find it hilarious that no one would have asked me that 2 months ago! I mean, all of sudden I get married and now any abnormality is a pregnancy sign? ICK!!
