… Was supposed to be our ‘wedding date’.. and i’m still waiting? haha, can’t help but laugh at myself. Oh well, everything happens for a reason, and i’m glad it’s happening this way. We bought our house first, and now I get to have some say in the designing process of my ring. So it will all work out 🙂
Happy waiting to all !!!!

lol That is true! But now we are thinking jan-feb 2013. I have a couple weddings i’m in and 2 we’re attending in 2012, so 2013 is looking like our year! 🙂

You have such a great attitude! And you’re right everything happens for a reason, I’m sure having this extra time to plan will make your wedding that much more special!

Don’t worry, I felt the same about 10/1 this year…plus one of my friends got married that day too. Thankfully it was out-of-state so I couldn’t afford to attend but yeah, I was a bit bummed. Since we’re not engaged, I still have time to save money!

Aww I feel for you, there are many dates I had in my date SO would propose by – I have now come to the conclusion not to, then you can’t be disappointed with yourself. As tea says above though, more time to save the pennies for the wedding though!

@callirome: I’ve found that staying positive is the best way to deal with waiting lol… and I agree, extra time for planning is always a good thing! Hopefully we aren’t waiting too long 😉
@tea: Yea, I was bummed because a couple we know got married yesterday, but like you said, more time = more money to be saved! 🙂
@spaneshal: I have come to that same conclusion! I’m trying not to think about when the proposal will happen, after that is settled then i’ll worry about a wedding date. I know I should’nt but i’ve been hoping for an end of the year proposal, i just can’t help it lol… but i’ve been trying very hard not to think about it, so when it happens it happens!
