I just had lunch with a friend (she offered to buy my lunch) and instead, the restaurant manager bought BOTH of our lunches AND dessert and said Happy Birthday! Too funny! This day is GREAT!

@PrncssDva - I'm the big 28 today! I've heard 30 isn't so bad, it's 31 you have to worry about ;) I'm the youngest of my siblings, so I can always relish in the fact that they'll always be OLDER! hehe!
@7SEVENJ9: LOL.....well, I guess I'll save my worrying for next year! I'm the oldest of the siblings here at home.
@TheFutureMcBride, I am heading to the store right after work (before my massage) to check out what's on sale, since I have a $10 "Happy Birthday" gift certificate that came in the mail! I do <3 me some shoes!

And so far it's been a GREAT DAY!
Yes, it stunk that I had to come into work... but my boss surprised me by bringing in a box of Frederick's Pastries (those who live in the NH/MA area know how good those are!!!)...
Then I got a phone call to come to the front desk because there was a delivery for me... one of my coworkers sent me a HUGE "balloon bouquet" haha!
In a few hours, I'm hitting the road and heading to a deep tissue massage that I got a groupon for, and then it's off to my new favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner with my husband and my parents!
