Hi Bees!!!
I cannot believe the day is finally here!!! Mr. M and I made it to Las Vegas yeserday evening after a very long day oftraveling from upstate NY. We had to get up by 5am, drive an hour and a half to the airport. Took a 3 hour flight to Tampa, then another 2 hour flight from Tampa to San Antonio, then finally another 2 hour 20 minute flight from San Antonio to Las Vegas. Our original flight only had one layover, but it was in Baltimore, Md so we had to make other arrangements-Thanks Irene!
So we arived in Vegas yesterday afternoon around 4pm (7pm East Coast), ha our limo driver meet us at the luggage claim, and then we were off to the marriage license bureau. Everything went smoothly as Mr. M and I did the online registration so we were able to skip the long waiting queue for people who didn't pre-register. We then went to the famous Las Vegas Sign (we've been here 2 prior years and never made it to that pesky sign!) so we were able to finally do that! Then we checked into our room around 6pm (9pm East Coast).
We unpacked, I hung my dress-which kudo's to the Chinese dress makers because I caied my dress on the plane in my pink fuchia garmet bag (lol) and ended up floding it multiple times and putting it up in the overhead w/ our other carry on bag laying on top of it. Southwest doen't hav any closets to hang it :-( I did pack a steamer in my checked bag just in case, but there's no need for it! Yay!!!
We went to dinner, purchased some souvineers for our friends and my daughter, and headed back to the room. Our suite had a jacuzzi tub so Mr. M and I relaxed in that for about 20 minutes which really eased our muscle aches from being on planes so long yesterday! A perfect way to unwind the night before our wedding.
So here I am, I am sitting in the hotel bathroom because Mr. M is still asleep (it's only 6:34am here). I didn't want to disturb him since we have another LONG exciting day today!
Here's our wedding day timeline:
Up and showering at 7am

Do some exploring and enjoy our am, need to be back here by 10 to meet the wedding coordinator in the chapel at 10am.
