It's official! We are homeowners!

The whole escrow process was horrible and exhausting. We're just so happy to have it behind us and finally own our own house!

thanks Ladies! we're super excited and slightly intimidated by all the work that we now have to put into it. Here are a few pictures (from the listing). It's 4 bdr, 2 bath, in a really nice area.

It's mid century modern style which is not really "us" but we'll make it work. Most importantly, we love the location.

If you don't mind my asking, what was so horrible about the escrow process? We just agreed on a contract and had inspection. All of that was so stressful! I'm just curious what to expect in the next 7 weeks!

Your house looks pretty move in ready what kind of work does it need? We're currently 2 months into our almost complete gut renovation of our new home. Crossing fingers it'll be ready by 4/30!
