    Me!!!

I've been living out of the States for the last 3 years, and every fall when people start raving over them on facebook, I get so so so sad. But this year? Yippee!!! I can have as many as I want (calories be damned!)

    :D

Just waiting for the weather to dip below 90, haha...

OMG I AM SOOOOO EXCITED!!!  I usually hate any kind of flavored coffee drinks but this one is to die for!  Thank god the wedding will be over so I can eat all the good things that I miss.

Ah yes, those delicious drinks that are PACKED with fat and calories!!!

I don't drink those even though they are crazy delicious.  I wish they offered a sugar free version.

A Grande has 380 calories and 13 grams of fat, 51 grams of carbs, and 49 grams of sugar.  If you take out the whip cream and change it to non-fat milk, you still are left with 260 calories, 50 grams of carbs, and 48 grams of sugar.

For comparison, a Grande Non-Fat Plain Latte (no flavor) with no Whip Cream is only 130 calories, 0 grams of fat, 19 grams of carbs, and 18 grams of sugar.

For the dieters -- order a "short" (not listed on the SB menu but is standard).

For the non-dieters, I was at a Ghiradelli chocolate store this weekend.  They had these new milk chocolate squares that were filled with pumpkin spice caramel.  YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

@JeniRae: I tell myself the same thing when I find myself in line at Starbucks during this season dying for one.  Then, I choose the less calorie ridden drink and feel better.

To me, I would rather have a bic cupcake than spend my calories on a drink.

I love all things pumpkin. There is a reason autumn is the best season.

Anyone else have a weakness for Pumpkin Ale too?

My husband and I split one so that we feel better about the calorie intake (oh and no whip)...we only treat ourselves every once in a while.  Hold hands, walk around the outdoor mall and share our pumpkin latte.

Go.  Right now.  I'm not even kidding you.  Wherever you are, whatever you're doing DROP EVERYTHING NOW AND RUN TO THE NEAREST STARBUCKS!

    You will not regret it.

    @Mrs. Louboutin:

Why you gotta bring the party down?

(As an aside, I normally only drink sugar free, non-fat drinks but this one I make an exception for, it's just THAT GOOD.  Only about once a week, though.)

@JennyChicago: I was a little nervous too, so I only got a Tall the first time. OMG. SO GOOD. If you like the standard Mocha Frap and toffee seperately, you will like it. The toffee taste isn't overwhelming, but it is there.

FI said the hot Toffee Mocha Latte (or whatever it is - I don't do hot coffee drinks, 'cause I'm weird. lol) was good, too.

I love the pumpkin spice latte! A few of the starbucks around me carry harney and sons teas and they have an amazing cinnamon tea and I get it in a tea latte with just one pump of the sugar and it is a great alternative!  I have to limit myself otherwise I'd get the pumpkin latte all the time ;)

I work at Starbucks! I think it's so funny when people ask me in the middle of the year if we have pumpkin spice and I love when everyone comes in the day it comes back and they act like it's Christmas or aomething.

If you haven't tried the salted caramel hot chocolate though it is delicious!!

I got myself one on the way to work this morning! Favorite time of year, I thought they started this in October, has it always started this early? Either way, I'll be getting back to the gym just because of the guilt from these delicious things!

I have to get at least one a season. I wish I could drink them everyday but they are just too bad for me.

Starbucks got rid of my very favorite drink of all time -- Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate! They still have Signature Hot Chocolate, and you can ask for it with caramel drizzle, but it's just not the same without the sea salt. I have been tempted to bring my own... *looks shifty*

Pumpkin spice lattes are my CRACK. I sadly have not had one yet, but I plan on going full force into my local Starbucks tomorrow and stocking up. [2 in one day? not unheard of for me!]

I LOVE LOVE LOVE pumpkin spice lattes!  I get a tall, soy, double shot and 1 pump of syrup - only 120 cals for you dieters....

Our barista also turned me on to adding a pump of white mocha to it and it's seriously heaven in my mouth.

    I LOVE FALL!

I've never had one before, and I think I've been to Starbucks like once many, many years ago.  But after reading all these comments, I'm definitely making a trip for one of these pumpkin things.  Sounds delicious, and what a great way to welcome the arrival of fall.  Thanks for the info, ladies!
