It’s definitely not something I look forward to. The only positive for me is that there is no blood drawn. I hate needles!

@oracle:  It’s not the worst, but yet not the best either lol. I figure it could be worse.. I could be going in for surgery or something… Just trying to look at it in a postive light and hopefully it will go better!

Eh. I think I’m in the minority here, but gyno exams don’t really bother me. I stress more about getting my annual vision and hearing tests for my physical than pap smears. Sorry, I’m no help. 🙁

I’d rather go to the lady bits doctor than the dentist. Actually, go to the lady bits doctor every year becauseI have a history of abnormal paps. just when I was clear to go for every other year paps I had an irregular pap again, they haven’t been able to figure out why. I can’t remember the last time I went to the dentist. Then again, the gyno doesn’t really hurt me at all. Slight discomfort while the exam is being done, whereas after the dentist my teeth hurt for a week from just a routine scaling.

oh yeah– give me the OBGYN any day over the dentist.  …I haven’t been to the dentist in probably 2 years.  (which is also probably why everytime I go, they find something wrong! Embarassed)

I was there yesterday :S.  I really dislike going, and would definitely avoid it if I didn’t need a refill on my Nuvaring.  I just feel so violated by the whole thing.  ugh.
