I didn't have a theme either. I chose to forego the little details because our wedding was extra small, just us and one other couple. The resort put together everything so nicely for us. the tropical scenery served as the decorations and backdrop for photos. We did a wedding website on weddingwindow.com for save the dates and wedding information, highly recommend them.

Love your colors! We just had an engagement party on 6-25-11 and I used Tiffany Blue. But only because my FH proposed with a gorgeous ring from Tiffany's and I wanted to carry it throughout. I am still wrestling with those colors for my wedding. I have always wanted a very modern and artsy black and white with a pop of red, but who knows. Here's some pics from our engagement party:

Wedding Info- We are getting married in Georgia on 3/17/2012, at an Historic House in our city. It happens to be St. Patricks Day so we plan on taking really funny pics with some of the party goers downtown. Our colors are Navy Blue and Fuschia.
We were originally going to get married on Sweetest Day (in October), but moved the date due to getting other things done (like buying the house (yay!!!). We still plan on keeping the "Sweetest Love" theme (sans the candy buffet--FI thinks its cheesy).

I could tell who is getting married in Jamaica just by looking at their colors and flowers hahaha. Then confirmed my suspicions with the stds/invites. I love my homeland

I cried as soon as I made it down the aisle. We cried almost the entire ceremony.
The Memphis Grizzlies (our fave NBA team) garters that I had made. He was so surprised and loved them.
I had someone make the signs for our Sweetheart Table. She attached them both, with ribbon, and now they are hanging on our door.
Ignore my expression. lol This one is just to show the bling that I was going for. I wanted everything to sparkle!
the sweetest part of the ceremony. One of my sweet co-workers (lady in the white and black top on the left) gave him a hankie before the ceremony to wipe my tears with. Everyone started crying when he used it. SWOON!!

Colors- purple & turquoise for destination wedding; thinking of doing black & white for our at home reception
Theme- not sure that we really have one, LoL.
Wedding Info- 4 Maids of Honor, 3 Best Men; 15-20 guests; Marriott Frenchman's Reef is booked for our destination wedding, followed by a reception at Havana Blue. Photog, videographer, flowers, etc. are all a part of our package with the Marriott for the destination wedding, so all of that is reserved already.
Our at home reception in Atlanta will have a guest list of about 150 and will most likely be at the Venetian Room. We haven't booked it yet, but plan to within the next month or so. We haven't booked the caterer, florist, photog, DJ or anything else for this event yet either. Working on it! :o)

Wedding Info- We are getting married in Jamaica on 9-10-11, we have 35 people joining us. Our colors are Tiffany Blue, Orange, Brown and White. I don't really have a theme but I am using starfish on a lot of the items. I am almost done with everything just wrapping up the last little bit of stuff.

Ringbearer Pillow and Flower Girl Basket
Here is what our invites looked like. We decided against invites since after we sent out our Save the Dates everyone was already booked. So since I loved this design and the shop owner is a good friend of mine, we kept this design. Changed the invite on the left to a thank you note and then on the right the inserts will be the daily itinarary.
These placecard luminaries will be at each persons placesetting at their reception table with their name on them. They will be lit with orange and blue led lights.
My bouquet. I hate real flowers, I think they are a waste for so much money and then they die :) So I went with real touch silk so I could also keep them afterward.
Here's my mini me in her skirt and hair flower. Please disregard the white onesie. I bought a white tank top that she will wear with the skirt.
