have you checked out wedding wire, yelp or project wedding for independent stylists in your area? Ones that will come to you instead of the salon, or maybe someone who does updo's at the salon but will come to you anyway? Or even maybe asking a make up artist or your photographer if there is anyone s/he reccomends? I'm in PA so I don't think i can be of much help, but good luck!
My sister used and loved Cali (who Mrs. Bell Pepper also used) -- look her up in the Wiki! I'm going with Natalie Pagano, who Mrs. Cupcake also used. Definitely call or email to see about availability -- I don't think you're too late!
ha ha, I'm in the same boat. I'm getting married on saturday and I just said f it and am having my aunts do my hair. I know they will do a great job but I still have no clue what I'll look like...
most salons will open early if a bridal party is coming in. call around, i don't think you'd have a problem. it usually costs alot more if they come to you.

I never really thought that much about getting my hair done for the wedding, but now I'm freaking out a bit because I have no idea where to go! I'm getting married in Media on a Sunday morning in October, and there are no salons open early enough (or even open at all) on Sundays. So I'll probably need someone to come to the venue...but I'm guessing all the most-recommended people are booked by now! Any and all recommendations are welcomed -- I'm trusting the bees to help out this bad bride!
