I haven’t tried that one, but I have Jillian’s No More Trouble Zones. So brutal! But I need something to kick my butt, which it definitely does. It feels great when you finish, no?

Ok, I am in shape, I jog 2-3 miles 3-4 times a week and lift a couple times per week and when I did this to try something new, it was intense and hard! It was a shock to my body because it was so different than my norm its use to! I tell you I felt like jelly too and was so sore I could barely walk. My calves and chest hurt so bad and I had to go buy lighter weights, I was using 8lbs because I lift heavy than that and did not think anything and felt my shoulder was ripped out! But keep on trucking its awesome!

I thought I was in shape too until I tried this!! I run around 30 miles a week and decided as a cross training activity I would try Jillians workout. OMG I was so sore for maybe 3 or 4 days afterwards! It was defintiely an eye opener, there are some areas of my body that I definitely don’t work out when I run. Im definitely going to keep up with Jillians workouts, theyre awesome! haha

Samisomsam that’s exactly how I felt the first time! Just keep it up, it will get easier I promise. I’m still stuck on Level 2, I tried Level 3 but I almost died and turned it off lol.

I have the Jillian Burn Fat Boost Metabolism DVD, and I had the same problem!  My quads, hamstrings, and butt were killing me!!!!  I could not walk properly for 3 days afterward.  I am happy to say that after that initial killer workout, it did get easier 🙂

I just got the 30 day shred, and while I like Jillian and the routines, I was disappointed that there are only 3 workouts. Did anyone else have this reaction? I kept looking through the level 1/2/3 screens to see if there was more than one workout per level, thinking I was missing something. I’d like to keep going longer than 20 minutes, but you have to repeat the same video if you want to do that.

Did anyone sign up online and get the free 30-day trial, or are you just doing the video? I’m contemplating when to start my 30 day trial, and if it’s even worth it. Any thoughts?

I joined the site for a more varied workout and can’t quit! they automatically charge your card for 13 week increments and, although policy states you get 30 days free and then must pay for four weeks, I cannot get a refund out of them. Plus the workouts are different, but basically the same routine week after week, so I could print it and do not need to be a member.

 Hope this Helps!

Thanks NiagaraBride! That is really helpful. I was worried it would be as difficult as ending a gym membership, and it sounds like that’s the way it is 🙂
