Nah, FI and I wore jeans too. We wanted to look like ourselves in the pics, and they turned out GREAT.
We both wore jeans for our pics. We got them done on the beach, so wearing a dress would have just been impractical:) But for real though, I wear jeans all the time so I don't see why I should change for our epics! Go for it:)
I wore jeans for one of my changes of clothes. It was snowing outside, a cute little dress wasn't really an option!

My Fi and I wore jeans - I had a tank top with a sweater and he had a collared short sleeve shirt on. Very casual, but that is who we are!
we did jeans and sneakers since that's our "normal' lifestyle. we did try to match our shirts though to be cute. :)
We did that too, it is just more who we are. I thought about wearing a dress, but it just didn't feel right. We did dress up the jeans with nice shirts and made sure they were newer nice looking jeans (or else our moms would have a fit, since these photos were more for them).
no, it's not too simple. i wore jeans in mine and i thought the photos looked great. i didn't even do any outfit changes. i just changed my jacket once. i'm always surprised how some people way over complicate the engagement photos with a million outfit changes and details. don't fret so much.
I'm considering it, too, and I'm a dress person. Our photographer mentioned only wearing one outfit adds more of a "story" element to the shoot, and even though I love dresses, none of mine feel right for the shoot, money's too tight for a new dress, and I have a cute top that I think would work - I think that as long as you feel great, it'll look great.
I will be wearing jeans for one of the scenes for my photo shoot...the first scene is in a park so jeans are normal.. the second scene is downtown toronto for a date night so we will done up I wanted a variety sexy and casual.
We are very casual and we wore jeans. I also changed into a casual dress.

I <3 this post. Tuesday we are going to meet with a photographer, to do our e-pics and I was worried about telling him what we would be wearing. We do a lot of outside "dirty" work together, and can typically be found at home in tan shorts, and white shirts. I want at least one shot of us dressed like this, because we never started dressing alike intentionally. FI hates to dress up, so jeans will be our wardrobe change.

not at all! we did three different outfits, and wore jeans in two of them! :)
there's always a way to dress up jeans with a bright colored t and accessories, wear what you'll be comfortable in! that's KEY :)
You guys are awesome!! That's what i like to see, people not being over critical because "it's your e-session, you need to look certain way and wear certain things." NOT!! LOL
Its fine, and I am absolutely wearing jeans too!! I will do some in jeans and others in a dress (I love me some comfy sundresses, too, hehe).
I think they will turn out great! They will be more 'you' :)

for mY engagement pictures, because this is who i am, i'm very casual and i don't do much dressing up, neither does my FH. I might bring a little dress with me to change into. Is this just way to simple?
