Hm. Not sure if that’s something that is easily done? If they don’t protrude out a lot naturally, I think it’s pretty hard (and pretty unhealthy) to try to get them to?

Mine are pretty visible, but if anybody stands a certain way, it’s more obvious. Try posing differently, rather than trying to lose weight to do this, because trying to trim down to show bone is not very good for anybody… imo

@jen 42713:  I agree! I lost about 50 lbs and that’s one of my favorite new features I have. I’m not rail thin, but they do show more than the did before. I like them too

Oooh I’ve always been obsessed with my collar bones. They now stick out and I love it, but I don’t love that if I’m looking in the mirror and pull my shoulders back you can see my entire sternum/breast bone, and I’m right in the middle for my height and weight.

ughhh me too!

i love them

and i wish mine were more prominent.

i don’t think it will happen, though. i see plenty of people who are heavier than me with more fierce collar bones. i’m just not lucky, i guess

Ugh, same with me. I’ve lost a little bit of weight but I’m still in the very normal range (BMI of 21.something) and now I’m getting visible sternum. Which is not cute! But I do think collarbones are pretty. Not when they look like they could cut glass though.

put some highlinter on your collar bone to make it more prominent.  I do that when I’m wearing something strapless.

this one is my favorite

When I was thinner it was more prominent (not all bony, but prominent and pretty looking) but as I gained weight, it isn’t really prominent, just slightly – I miss that! Now that I am losing weight, that is one thing I am looking forward to having again, is a more prominent collarbone! I think it is so delicate looking. 🙂

Really? Are you sure you want them to stick out? I was looking at some pictures the other day and noticed that my collarbones and my chest plate stick out – seriously? What am I a twelve year old boy? I hate how they just highlight that I do not have much in the boob department. Yuck to my chest plate and collar bones, yuck! I would kill for some curves!

@jen 42713:  Sooooooo jealous! My mom and sister and I were at Canyon Ranch for a girls’ getaway. It is an awesome place, omg love it! But anyway, it focuses on health and fitness and as part of it they do a body fat assessment. My Mom and sister laughed and said I could chair the itty, bitty titty committee.  I almost fell over, my Mom does not say stuff like that at all. I didn’t even know that she knew the word! But it that shows you that my chest bones stick out more than my boobs 🙁
