3 weeks before the wedding, and I totally fell off the wagon. I haven’t gained any weight back, because I’m still eating well, I just haven’t been working out. Now the wedding is 18 days away, and I really want to lose a few more pounds. Any suggestion? Is 18 days even enough time to change anything?

Yay for 18 days!!!! Yes, I think you can. Hit the gym hard with lots of cardio and some strenght training. Cut back calories and snacks, even if you already have, the extra with help drop some weight. Good luck!!!

Though I’m SURE you’ll look beautiful on your wedding day no matter what, maybe start Jillian’s 30 day shred?? It’s only 20 min or so and a GREAT workout — that way even on your busiest days you could still get a workout in and you’ll feel great!
That being said, that video has REALLY toned my arms and back and I’ve only been doing it for about 25 days — and I’m not doing it every single day! 🙂 Good luck!!!

its ok!! not to worry…. just think, you have 2 solid weeks to get in cardio and weights. For me, when i add cardio to the mixof eating right I start seeing results in 2 weeks. And i know you are eating well (your cottage cheese post ), so add in your cardio back to your schedule.
It only takes one workout to get back on track!!! Good luck

I know how you feel!
Don’t worry – you will look great either way, but yes if you still want to you can definately do some strength training and see some results by then! I have decided to let up a little on the cardio, not hardcore where I’m sweating all over the place because that makes my face break out (and I’d rather look slightly untoned than badly broken out!) and just do some light cardio (walking) on the treadmill until then.
And hey, if you decide NOT to work out up until then, just use the spare time to wind down, de-stress, and enjoy the giddyness that you are entitled to for the next few weeks!

I’m trying to jump start my pre-wedding workout program so I purchased a 14 day fat burner and cleanse from GNC. It worked! Of course I didn’t weigh myself beforehand but by day 10, there was a total difference. A word to the wise, the pills did make me nauseous for the first 4 days but after that, I felt fine as long as I ate enough. And don’t forget, it is a cleanse so it does have its consequences. But for something quick, I’d definitely recommend it.

I kinda lost it before the wedding and I paid for it by seeing back fat in the wedding pics. Remember those wedding pics are going to last a long time and get back on that wagon pronto!

You are going to look so beautiful on your wedding day no matter what!!! 🙂 I would cut out your sodium to reduce water weight, buy spanx (if you don’t already own some), and check out getting a European body wrap. My best friend got this wrap a week before her wedding and she looked SO good. She lost 10 inches (no lbs) overall and the results lasted a couple of weeks. Quick fixes hehe!

@futuredrbran: Thank you so much for recommending the European body wrap! I had heard of those a long time ago, but I completely forgot about it until now! I found a spa near me that does them, and I’m setting up an appointment for the week before the wedding!
