I’ve found my dress. I said YES to a dress! Completely not what I thought I wanted but the dress is absolutely stunning. I actually didn’t want to take it off and I paraded around the store in it twice! Mori Lee Julietta 3167.
What do people think? Please bare in mind this dress is 1 size too small for me at the moment but I will either be buying this sample dress and losing weight OR ordering it one size bigger. They added cap sleeves for me and I personally love it with the sleeves and key-hole back. So excited!!!!!

Gorgeous and super flattering! Def keep the cap sleeves and unless there’s a big price difference I would order your correct size. It can always be taken in and custom fit to your body.

It’s a £400 reduction in buying the sample size! but it’s over 18 months until our wedding so I can lose the weight.

I love your dress on you because you look so HAPPY in it! Your dress is something you need to love and want to be in. You’ll be a beautiful bride 🙂

i love it! the lace is so beautiful, and the sleeves are perfect for it. I’m all about saving money so i would buy the smaller size, you have plenty of time until the wedding.

You look absolutely giddy with delight in those pictures! You have definitely found the dress you are thrilled to wear – congratulations!
The lace is absolutely stunning, and I love it with the sleeves. So flattering! You look lovely.
PS: there’s no need to put “hate” as a poll option! (Or even to have a poll, really.) You clearly love the dress, which is the only thing that matters. If you really want a poll, there should be some middle ground like “not my style” or “I think you could do better,” but don’t open the door for strangers on the internet to be hateful to you for no reason.

floss5492: love it on you! I like the cap sleeves idea. It doesn’t appear that small to me, I would probably buy the sample for the $400 less and lose some weight as you’ve said. It really is a stunning gown and you look so happy in it! Congrats on finding the one!

Its great on you! One thing Id say though is to order the correct size. I am just looking in the last picture where the fabric in the back is not really meeting. You dont need to order it now. In six months time would probably suffice? (unless theres a chance it would be discontinued)

I love this dress on you! I would def add the cap sleeve too!

Love the dress! I’ve seen it on other brides and thought it was a bit meh, but it looks great on you. The cap sleeves totally transform it into something special.

I think it depends on what you want to do 🙂 if you want to lose weight, get it in the sample size so it’ll be a motivation, but if you want to stay the same weight get order it a size bigger(although I don’t see why this is small for you cos it looks amazing)

LOVE IT! i would order your right size, not because i don’t think you can lose the weight (you have enough time, so i think you can!) — but because then with alterations it will fit you PERFECTLY. You won’t really know where you’ll lose the weight from (for me, i lose from my boobs, then my face, THEN my hips lol).
Whatever you decide, it’s gorgeous!

I love the scalloped edging around the bottom. Colour is perfect for you.

Absolutely beautiful. Your smile says how happy you are. As a plus size girl myself I would order the dress in your size. That way when it is time for alterations the dress can be made to fit your slimmer figure.
