Have you booked all the major stuff yet? Venue, caterer, photog, dj? 10 months is a lot of time still. We booked our venue, then didnt do anything until about 4 months out when we booked the dj and photog, then I finally booked hair/mu about a month out. Take your time, breathe... theres plenty of time for things to fall in place even if you slack a bit now.
I went through the same thing...kind of a wedding planning slump.
Do you have a wedding planner book or checklist? These are really helpful in keeping things on track. You could look ahead and see what is coming up that you may need to start thinking about now. Also, if you are doing any DIY things, you could start planning and making those any time.

I have ten months until my wedding. I feel like I have lost the excitement of all the fun. Our lives have had a few changes. We moved in to a new house, so tons of packing and unpacking. I changed jobs, so lots of new things to learn. Now I have to deal with his drama queen/king Father.A very close friend passed away. My car is falling apart.
We have'nt talked about or done anything on the wedding subject in the past month and a half. How do I get it back? I know we still have so much to do, but I think I've lost it.
