I am glad that our wedding isn't during hockey season. If a leafs game was on during our wedding I know I would find him at the hotel bar LOL!
Oh dear god, we were taking our dog Sunday on a walk just now and the city erupted. She's scared of loud noises, and fireworks were going off and drunk people were spilling out into the streets screaming!
I'm glad for your sake they won't be playing on your wedding night! But I don't look forward to the next game... we had to park over half a mile away from our apartment with a five gallon water jug because we live near so many bars.
Lol shows how much I follow sports... but the Cubs games are just as bad.
Lol. We scheduled our wedding around play-offs of any sport. FH and his friends LOVE sports more than anything. And cars- we had to make our wedding seperate from the Woodward Dream Cruise!
I can't even imagine. I would think even some of our bridal party would skip our wedding if it was that or watching the Canucks play in the Stanley cup final!

Because if the Philadelphia Flyers would have won tonight, they would have played game seven on my wedding night! I was so hoping that wouldn't happen...people not wanting to come or being distracted by the game going on. The thought of it just made me cringe! I'm so happy Chicago won! The stars seem to be aligned for me lately...my wedding is in two days!!!
