My dress is Ivory and as of right now the guys shirts are white. Will that work together?

I think it will look fine. My dress is a very light ivory, but I opted to go for white dress shirts, especially since the guys' tuxes are gray and I thought white would look best. Your dress will appear lighter in pictures anyway.

My dress is ivory too and we went to Al's to rent the guy's suits and they have a shirt there called "candlelight" that isn't a pure, bright white, so it looks good next to my dress. Just seeing the shirt by itself, it looks white but it doesn't look dirty or anything.

I was told by our tux vendor that having a bright white shirt next to an ivory dress can make your dress look a little "dirty" in photos. Luckily, they had shirts that matched my dress color exactly.

I have an ivory dress in a black white and green wedding. It will be fine.

Girls are wearing black dresses, men are in black pin stripe tuxes w/ grey vests, silver/grey/black ties & white shirts. Flowers are green. My flowers will be white and ivory.

I was worried about this too but I think it will be fine. I tell myself that no one is going to notice or care that the bride is in ivory and the guys are wearing white shirts. My entire tent will be mostly white too but I guess it'll make me stand out more!!

I had an ivory dress and the men wore white shirts. The difference wasn't noticeable in person or in pictures.

I also have DB's ivory dress and the men will be wearing white shirts. I personally dislike the ivory shirts for men because they are much deeper in color than my dress! I think it will look fine!
