Huh. Well, either way I wouldn't stress about it. I'm sure that even in the pics if yo do notice the difference will be so little that you won't care.
I've heard that some ivories can appear to be yellow next to another ivory color. I don't want that.
That could potentially happen, its the same way shades of black can look different. With some post processing by your photographer, some saturation or brightnes can usually take care of that. But Id try to get fabric swatches from both your dress and the tux to compare
I agree with KellyV.
I've seen it where the bride and groom both have on white and they seemed to be the same shade. I think it will be okay.
Ivory tuxes tend to be deeper (yellower) shades of ivory, whereas the formal shirts and vests reflect the newer, softer shades (eggshell, diamond, etc). Any chance you can see them together to make the call?

I am concerned about the ivory in my dress and FI's tux not matching. Any sugestions?
