The Arabella is stunning! I love that color too.  Have you tried either of the dresses on?

The Arabella is FIERCE!! Do u have any idea how much it costs? The estimates on TK arent always reliable. That’s my perpetual difficulty…only allowing myself to fall in love with dresses in my price range, lol.

ETA: google shopping is telling me ~$1200

@sarahblais:  Bummer! Did you try it in white or diamond white?

I think the diamond white would be OK.  It’s certainly not ivory, but it’s not glaringly white, either. (Not there’s anything wrong with white)

I fell in love with a lace Maggie gown, but the satin under the lace was way too heavy and hot for my beach wedding in Mexico, so I decided to get something similar custom made by a local dressmaker with a light silk underneath the lace instead of the heavy polyester satin. It’s going to end up costing me less than the Maggie in the end (the Maggie came in at $1500 but it would require some alterations, my custom-made silk gown is coming in at $1680 but, since it is custom made, will not need any alterations). You could always go the same route and get something very similar custom made in ivory.

Gorgeous dress! That’s really strange they didn’t offer it in Ivory.  Ivory is such a popular color. I think that would count as a marketing mistake on their part.

Look into the Jasmine Lace wedding dress from Ann Taylor. Thats my dress and I love it. I don’t know how to post pics but I think you should google it. It is ivory, ruched, and lace, and there aralleyways coupons.

What about Mori Lee 1602?  Is it too mermaid still?  It’s hard to see in the pictures, but there is lace under the Organza, it is subtle but you can still see it.  (more under the skirt than bodice) and it has the ruched bodice.  A good friend of mine wore this dress this past summer for her wedding and it is AMAZING on… She changed out the flower, because the one on the dress appeared a little cheap..

There is also Mori Lee 5102 but it only has ruching on the top of the bodice..
