I wear a size 6 in all shoes - except running shoes...I have owned about 4 pairs of JCrew shoes. One of those pairs were flats from last summer...I have always been happy with my shoe purchases from them!
Their shoes are really high quality, and pretty true to size. Comfort-wise... you'll need to break them in.

I found a really great pair of yellow satin heels on sale on jcrew.com. I never buy their shoes b/c I usually think they are totally overpriced, but the sale price is good. Does anyone have any experience with them quality and comfort-wise? Do they run true to size? The sale shoes cannot be exchanged or returned, so I'm taking a leap of faith here. Any thoughts appreciated!
