I’m on my 8,976th decision, and I’m all tuckered out. I need help deciding on my last menu option. I feel that the difference between these choices will tip the pendulum between classy affair and backyard casual. Which would you prefer at a wedding??
Consider that the reception is a luncheon (12-3 pm) and is on a deck overlooking the bay. The menu so far is:
Cheese and crackers
Bacon wrapped scallops
bite sized chicken quesadillas
Chicken salad wrapped in a crepe
Spanikopita (fried filo dough with spinich and cheese)
Fresh garden salad
Beef stir fry with veggies and rice
Last choice to go with lunch: JALEPENO POPPERS OR BLACKENED TUNA BITES WITH WASABI??

I prefer the poppers but I feel like the tuna bites fit your menu better.

Hm thats tough, I love jalepeno poppers but they dont say fancy to me. I like the idea of the tuna but I hate wasabi so I wouldn’t choose that but it does sounds fancy!
I would probably go with the poppers – they are so darn good!

I honestly don’t eat either but chose the tuna because it sounds bit classier.

I’d do the poppers because you already have a seafood option (scallops) and if someone doesn’t like seafood, they’re very limited in what they can eat.

Thanks for your help everybody!! Definitely some good insight, and its good to know that more people would want to eat poppers. Now I just have to pull the trigger…

Definitely the poppers – it’s nice to have another vegetarian option.
