Hi girls 🙂
I am trying to book my honeymoon right now, while Sandals is still having their promotion. I thought we had decided on Sandals Emerald Bay in the Bahamas (seems the nicest!) but I have also read online that they get a fair amount of rain/cloudy days which scares me because my last 2 trips to the caribbean have been COMPLETELY rained out. It was depressing. I just want tons of sun! 🙂 Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Rainy season is the summer, so avoid that if you can. All I can say is do not go to Sandles Montego Bay, Jamaica. It is right next to the airport. I went to couples resort in Ocho Rios, and has a blast, but saw the snadles from the plane. If you want diving, I read that Montego Bay is not the best sixty to go with. Also, there is a pretty cool waterfall tour that I went on with my vacation at couples, and they include everything as well.

We went to Bahamas for my friends bachelorette. It was SO NICE. Even though it was cloudy the whole time we were there. And we went in June.

My boss just got back from the one in Ocho Rios. Rained most days in the morning, but she said the food was better than the Bahamas one (not sure which one in the Bahamas, I know Sandals has several).

We just got back from Sandals Royal Bahamian. It was cloudy a lot of the days, but it was still nice.

@abby0090: I’ve never been to Sandals before, but FI and I are booked to go to Sandals Whitehouse Jamaica for our HM in June (hoping for sun too!) I’ve been to the Bahamas and it’s beautiful, but never to Jamaica, so we wanted to try something new for our HM.
What tipped the scales on which Sandals resort in Jamaica were the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Trip Advisor for Whitehouse:

Went to a wedding in Beaches in Negril, Jamaica (next door to the Sandals) Food was amazing, great beach, great time. The only problem is the trip from the airport is almost 2hours by car
