Love Jamba juice!!
1) the sixteen is a lot of liquid and the original is even bigger (I usually get original and have it for lunch and I'm full)
2) I like strawberry fields, but they have a new apples and green which I tried the other day - yum!!
3) They have all of the calories posted on the sign, so check it out! They usually are between 200-250 (for smaller sizes).
Orange Berry Blitz! Its made with orange juice, blueberries, etc. It is dairy free and tastes amazing!! Its not on the menu anymore but they will make it for you. They actually take most menu items down frequently so if you try something you like, remember the name!
(One time Jamba Juice was out of blueberries so I had to order it with rasberries instead. It's definitely a close runner up!)

I have never been to a Jamba Juice! But, we have one down the street from my office that just opened up & I want to try it. I looked at their website b/c I want a low cal/low fat fruit smoothie and I must say their nutrition fact sheets are a bit overwhelming & I don't know where to start.
First what is a sixteen vs. the original and power?
What is your favorite flavor?
What fruit smoothie would you suggest that is low cal/low fat?
