Ok so FMIL is looking in ot booking a Taiko group for our reception. Thing is, I don't know where to fit them in to the event. She had suggested 30 minutes during dinner but I think 30min is wayyyyy to much time for drumming! I don't want to give my guests headaches! So I thought 15min would be best, but then FI cousin said having them perform during dinner is a bad idea because people want to enjoy their meal and have conversation with other table guests. So then I'm thinking ok, 15 min before our grand entrance when guest have taken their seat. But FI says he wants to see them perform. Soo I'm at a lost. I think they really want them too b/c we are also having a Mariachi which represents Mexican culture and they want something for theri Japanese side.Plus the drummers are $500 per 30 min! eeeek And I don't know if they will come out for only 15min!

Any suggestions where I can fir a Taiko group during the reception? After dinner? Maybe before or after the Bride and groom say thank you??? my timeline is pretty tight as it is!
