Hi! Has anyone had recent experience with Jasmine’s Bridal Shop (china dress maker)? They are making me a wedding dress now, and communication with them has not been good since I sent my western union payment. I was told I’d have photo service, but now all the sudden it’s not being offered. Just curious if anyone is working/has worked with them in the last couple months? I am really worried I made the wrong choice relying on them & thinking I better come up with a backup plan!

I’ve had two dresses made with them in the last few months. They are fine, but when they get busy their communication can suffer.

Thank you for the response. I was really bummed that they cancelled the photo service on me – I was totally willing/happy to pay extra for that service. I’ll keep this board updated with how I make out with Jasmine’s. I’m hopefull that all goes well!

See that is what I thought too! based on this message I recieved the day I paid:

- We offer “Photo Services” to all orders as an option, and each photo set (basically each time we take photos) would cost $20 each. So if you request a lot of revisions or if you have a lot of items/accessories in your order, then it would cost more. We try to combine accessories together into 1 photo set but for some large orders it wouldn’t be possible. Each photo set contain about 2-10 photos normally. If you request a revision service that does not go beyond the scope of the original order, then the revision will be free but you will be charged extra for additional photo sets needed
- If you request a revision service that goes beyond the scope of the original order, then you will be asked if you are willing to pay a corresponding revision fee. If you agree, then you will be charged for the revision fee + fees for any additional photo sets. If your order does not require photos, then please pay all upfront.
- If your order requires photos, then please pay the full price of the order + initial photo fees ($20 for dress, $20 for all accessories up to 3 items). Also when we send you mid-production photos, the item will be considered to be “initially complete”.

septb: HI there, I ordered a wedding dress for myself with them in May and I also find communication not great since I paid. I emailed the girl at Jasmines who I have been dealing with today asking when will I receive the photos as I also paid for the photo service. I will let you know what she replies
