Do they have to match the BMs? What are your other colours?
I like the idea of paisley. I found this tie but it may not be as close as I think it might be?

I found a picture of the dress colour so hopefully other Bees can chime in too! The lighting looks a bit dark in the picture though?
Are you using any other contrasting colors int he wedding? Maybe you could use a tie that has different shades of green and one of your contrasting colors so that it's not super "matchy-matchy" to the girls and their dresses.

My bridesmaids are wearing a "light cactus" jcrew dress: What color of tie should the groomsmen wear? We are getting married in April. I like pastel and paisleys but just can't find anything that works with the color! What are other brides doing?
