I decided to order a dress from JenJen house to wear to the rehearsal dinner. This is the dress on the website;
Having lived in China for 2 years I know that the products can be hit or miss but I was absolutely gutted when I received my dress. I ordered the brown which is the same as shown in their main picture, although it looks more of a latte colour. I recieved this;
It’s so dark and looks awful, the measurements are completely out and the dress is very heavy. I emailed the company regarding returns and stated that the colour was not the same as shown in the picture. Their simple reply;
“We have checked your order and we did have made your dress in Brown color as you ordered. It is common in online shopping if you feel the real color has slight color difference with the one shown online, mainly because the settings of the computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on JenJenHouse.com. However, it does not mean that our dress has the color error.
Your dress is still quite perfect in the overall style. Perhaps you are not satisfied with the current color of the dress, but we believe that you may change your idea later since the annual trend color will change. It is really worth for you to keep the dress plus the value of the dress.”
Please can I have advice, I hate the dress and just want my money back but it sounds as though they are not interested. Has anyone had any experience with them?
Please help, I’m so annoyed at myself for buying from them.
