I'm not much of a help but I had to comment that I totally agree with you that practically every wedding dress is strapless! I hated when they would tell me to try it on and that they could "add spaghetti straps" .... i didnt want skinny add-ons! I wanted real goregous straps, like Jenna's.

Heck if you think finding a dress with straps is hard, try looking for one with sleeves!
I found a really cute one from Maggie Sottero's destination line. I'm not sure what the price range is though. I heard the "destinations" line was less expensive than their regular MS line!

This one from David's Bridal is very similar. I completely fell in love with it earlier this year. Unfortunately, it doesn't suit my body type whatsoever. It may be what you're looking for, though!

Does anyone know where I can get a dress similar to Jenna Bush's dress? It was oscar de la renta... but my budget is around $1000, and the cheaper the better. I like how it shows off her shape, I like the lace, and I like the fact that it is not strapless (it seems like 90% of all wedding dresses are strapless!).
