Hi Los Angeles, OC and IE brides! I have a great tip for those on a budget....the Jessica Mcclintock outlet in Montclair (by the Montclair mall!) I was just there today and my jaw dropped at the prices there! Bridesmaid dresses for $10??? and they were soooo cute!  Lacy Mother of the Bride dresses by Scott Mcclintock for $90 from $500? wow! They also had some nice bridal gowns for under $200 if you don't mind simple dresses! I couldn't resist buying an off white lace gown for $60!! what to wear it to? Lol.

Its off the 10 freeway on Central about a block from the Montclair mall! But watch out they are only open 3 or 4 days a week from 11-4pm. You have to be willing to seriously rifle thru racks of stuff and you have to check each item out carefully as its final sale. Also they have an open dressing room, its definitely something for the fearless. (esp. right now this prom season with all the teen girls and their perfect bodies. ugh)

But it is so worth it for those on a budget! My mom was getting desperate to find a reception dress (even though my wedding is still 5 mths away!) and another dress for a wedding that she's sponsor to.  She found BOTH for under $150 total.

     Happy hunting!

I bought a prom dress from this outlet store oh, 7 years ago (eek) for like $60 and i remember all the wedding dresses!!!! My mom actually said something about flying to California just to go to this outlet store. I live in St Louis and figured that plane tickets alone wouldn't necessarily be worth it,haha.

A word of caution, I went there and tried on dresses and they were all way too short! I'm 5'10" so not on the short side, but there wasn't a single dress that covered my ankles. The quality was also not very good, though still a good value.

i thought the quality was great! better than the dresses in downtown la! but its true, a vast percentage is short cocktail dresses and simple wedding dresses, you have to really dig in to find that perfect one! thats outlet shopping for you!

I bought a dress there a long time ago (12 years ago for my Bat Mitzvah) but I got my ceremony dress for $15 and my formal ballgown for the reception for like $45!  Great prices, though I have not been there in forever.  I do remember the only thing I didnt like was the open dressing room with no doors or curtains.  Maybe they changed that?

i check out this outlet a few weeks ago and wasn't too impress with the selection, they do have a lot of dresses, wedding and bridesmaids but i couldn't find anything decent for a good price. they did have some cute black cocktail type dresses though

No they still have the open dressing rooms, which is a bit on the embarrassing side.  Quite honestly, I'm not fond of anyone looking at my cellulite as I'm changing but maybe tha's just me.
