You can definitely see the huge prong problems in the other ring.  I’m so sorry that he messed it up 🙁

I actually prefer how it looks with just the plain band. There was just too much going on there with both of them for my liking. I’m sure you’ll find another band you like even more down the road, though! I can’t believe that jeweler even showed you the ring in that state! Eek.

Yikes, that’s pretty bad. But I will be totally honest and say I prefer your ring with the plain band anyway. I think it looks much better with the 2 instead of all 3.

I am so sorry. That just stinks. I can definitely see the difference. It looks awful! But in a brighter note, your ering is beeautiful with just the plain band and someday you will find that perfect diamond ring. Just keep looking. Sorry for your heartache.

ETA I do think the diamond band was lovely. But the plain band looks very pretty and classic.

@CreatureFromTheBlackLagoon:  Oh no. How could he mess up that bad?!?!?!?! I feel for you. If it makes you feel any better, we had an issue with a resizing that went horribly wrong. Ended up having the send the entire ring back to Blue Nile and pay for a brand new setting. Sometimes you just never know, do you? That ring looked so gorgeous too. Are you out a lot of money for the wedding band?

I would be pretty upset if I got my band back different too. I’m not really into mismatched bands, though some look great if done right,  and your ring is pretty unique I think it needs something that flows with it better anyway. I would keep the plain to wear alone and find something that suits your ring better

I know this doesnt help, but I actually like your e-ring with the solid band better than the one w/ diamonds.

@CreatureFromTheBlackLagoon:  I get being sad, but truthfully I prefer the plain band. Doesn’t matter what I like, but just throwing it out there. You still have time to keep looking for another though, if you don’t love it.

I’m so sorry! I know I’ve told you multiple times that I loved your wedding ring. I’m glad you’re trying to stay positive. I know how hard it is to find THE perfect ring, so imagine how you’re feeling 🙁 I like the milgraining on your plain band, though! It does give it something extra.

I’m sorry 🙁 that really stinks….I really liked how they all looked together. You didn’t want to see if he could fix it? I’m sure iin the future you will find something else that will look beautiful with your rings!!
