The only jewelry that I like and might wear again is the 4th set. The others just aren't my taste. I wouldn't go for any of the drop necklaces because I think those look best with v-neck, not straight across strapless.
The lace on the dresses is stunning. Be careful not to pick a necklace that would take away from that. You don't really even need a necklace. Just earrings would be great.
Ooohh I love those earrings that you already got. Just stick with those and no necklace. Maybe a matching bracelet.
Thanks...I love those dresses also. I was kind of leaning toward the same thing (simple or no necklaces), but my family keeps telling me that this is a SPECIAL day and you need have everything special...and then they'd show me the bling. I'm not a big jewelry person or 'bling' person so I disagree with them, but I thought I'd give it a try.
I definitely agree, just earrings. The lace is so beautiful and an intricate detail in itslef. I would stick with dangly earrings...the Lia Sophia ones are very pretty. And I would probably do a bracelet too. If your family feels you should do more since its a special day, I think the bracelet will accomplish that. Looooove the dresses too! Great choice :)
I like the fourth set best too, but it would be even better if it were more delicate.
I'd also suggest a pearl "tin cup" neckace. Similar to the fourth set.
Those dresses are gorgeous all on their own. My suggestion would be to keep the jewelry minimal. Maybe a pair of small earrings. Nothing over the top. Keep the attention on the dress itself.
Just earrings! I like the Lia Sophia ones - they match really well with those dresses plus they're something the girls could actually wear again.
I think matched sets of necklaces and earrings remind me of prom, like something my little sister (she's 16) would think is glamorous.
Plus look at the picture. They only have earrings and a professional stylist put that look together. I get compliments all the time when I buy an outfit exactly as it's put together on a mannequin - because companies are paying people who have tons of experience to put those looks together.

I agree with keeping the earrings that you have and no necklace.
The dresses you picked are very pretty!!! I think the earings you already bought will be just the right touch and that you don't need a necklace. In the earing link you posted there was a matching braclet that would be nice, but I think just having the earings is best though, it looks finished and not over done.
And you say you have problems picking up jewelry? You're VERY talented, lady!!!

Definately go with earrings only. A bracelet would be okay, but the dresses really don't need necklaces.

I am not a jewelry person and I am having the hardest time trying to find jewelry for my Bridesmaids. The first link is a picture of the dresses. The rest are ideas I had I was thinking about doing just earrings like in the picture, but I might want a little more than that. The colors of the wedding are black, champagne and rose/mauve.
Any help is appreciated.
