(Closed) Jewelry store ruined our ring buying fun! :(

Is it a big chain or  a small jewlery store? Either way, I would complain, either to their corporate office or dirrectly to the owner!! That is waaay beyond terrible customer service and who ever is in charge needs to know how terrible their customers, who are spending their hard earned money, and valuable time on them, are being treated! I am so sorry that you both had to go through all that, but your rings are beautiful!! Congrads to you both!!

although frustrating i see that your wedding isnt for another 11mths so its not the end of the world i would think… maybe im missing something

I’m so sorry you had to have that experience getting your wedding rings. How horrible! And wow, the chex mix comment was ridiculous–I think I would have lost it. You could also write a review about their services online so other people can be aware of this location’s practices.

On a lighter note, your rings are gorgeous! All of your pics look great!

…just a disappointing experience.

well youre def entitled to feel disappointed but try not to hold onto that, your beautiful rings are too exciting to let bad feelings take hold…. think of them as worth the wait 🙂

I the plus side, your set is gorgeous! I think the plain band was a perfect choice. Such a clean, symbolic, and romantic looking wedding set!

I understand how frustrating it is to work with poor customer service, especially when you’re spending so much money on something. We also had horror stories of epic proportions with our rings. When we got my e-ring appraised at an independent appraiser it was valued waaaay less than Fiance paid, and quality was waaaay less too. We went back to the store to complain and they were closed! They had actually just closed that morning. So now we have to drive over an hour whenever I need my ring serviced or inspected, to  sister store of the store he bought my ring from.

Even after all that, I decided the end result was good. I have a ring I love and the man I love, so that’s gotta be enough 🙂
