My friend gave me a jewelry roll and put some jewelry in it. I would say if you want to get something else to match, a small cosmetics case in the same fabric to match the jewelry roll is a good idea.

@_Adelaide_:  I would love to participate in this, but I have not idea what those things are.. You call them jewelry rolls, but what is that?

I’ve never used a jewelry roll! I just travel with everything in their boxes!

But that looks like a good idea!

@_Adelaide_:  Ah, gotcha. Honestly, I’m not sure I would use it, or know what it was if I was ever gifted one, but then again I don’t accessorize very often. If your girls do, then I think it would be a nice gift 🙂

I got my girls hair combs that matched their dresses, but only because they loved their dresses & were looking for reasons to wear them again after the wedding.

@_Adelaide_:  I would prefer a small cosmetics case over a jewelry roll because I have a nice jewelry box and I just wouldn’t use it.  Plus, I sometimes carry my nicer cosmetics cases as clutches.  They’re very pretty though.

@_Adelaide_:  I haven’t traveled since I got it, but DEFINITELY! I’m so glad she got it for me, bc I used to throw all my jewelry in a box and it would get all tangled. I love the jewelry roll and definitely wish I had stuff to match – I probably will get stuff later to match.

@_Adelaide_:  I don’t take jewelry when I travel.  I wear my classic pieces that match everything and wear them the entire trip.  I pretty much wear the same jewelry everyday (my engagement ring and a diamond pendant necklace) unless I am attending a special event then I add a pair of earrings and maybe a bracelet.  I am a minimalist when I travel and rarely take more than a carry on so space is limited to things I actually need to pack and jewelry doesn’t make the list.  Plus, I don’t have a lot of costume jewelry and I feel uncomfortable traveling with my nice jewelry unless I am wearing it.

I think it’s super cute and I would def. use it if I traveled. Although it does seem a little weird to get it without getting jewelry..but I like the idea someone had above about maybe a matching makeup case or something like that.

@_Adelaide_:  I don’t think you HAVE to, but if you have it in your budget, it would be nice! 🙂
