I have a co-worker who does what you were thinking about. She shreds in the morning and then alternates between the two longer dvds. She usually does dvds in the afternoons 3-4 times a week and then walks/jogs outside or inside on a treadmill 1-2 days a week just to mix things up for her body. She loves the results she is seeing but says it is hard to stick with it.

You can also double Shred for a workout. Do Level 2, then Level 1 right after! That's a booty kicker right there!
@Ballet Flat- great idea!! I thought about doubling up. Maybe I'll alternate the other two each day and then throw in a double Shred day!!

Hi all-
I've got 30 day shred and just got Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism. Thinking of getting the No More Trouble Zones so that I've got a cardio DVD (BFBM), strength training DVD (NMTZ) and a combo (Shred). Just wondering if anyone has suggestions on how best to combine them for ultimate results by my wedding in less than 5 weeks? Of course this is along with good eating. I'm thinking of doing Shred every morning and then alternating between the other two in the afternoon. Any thoughts? Successes?? Trying to get off that last 10-15 pounds and really tone up the upper body! Thanks Hive!
