(Closed) Jillian DVD’s- how to pair them with less than 5 weeks to go??

I have a co-worker who does what you were thinking about. She shreds in the morning and then alternates between the two longer dvds. She usually does dvds in the afternoons 3-4 times a week and then walks/jogs outside or inside on a treadmill 1-2 days a week just to mix things up for her body. She loves the results she is seeing but says it is hard to stick with it.

You can also double Shred for a workout. Do Level 2, then Level 1 right after! That’s a booty kicker right there!
