I want to punch her. I can hardly walk today! I did my second day, on level 1 last night, and I hate her!!!!! There is no way I can do it again today! (Plus, I will be attending a special premier of New Moon at 9 tonight!!!! Super excited!!!!) Hopefully all this pain pays off!

You can totally do it! Try doing the exercises without weights, or go for a walk today.

You should have 48 hours between working the same muscles. Today, go for a walk or do some cardio in order to keep your muscles moving and from getting too sore.
