So I am going to try really hard to complete the 30 day shred starting tomm. I also joined Jillian’s website, just wondering if anyone else has used her website and found it helpful to lose weight, the site is a little confusing right now so anything you can tell me about it would be greatly appreciated 🙂

When I bought 30 day shred, I tried the website too. I personally didn’t find it very useful. I thought there were others that were better (I use my gym’s site a lot). Good luck with the workout!

I like to Shred 3-2-1, doing the workout for 60 min instead of 20 – I really recommend working your way up to it!
