Has any one used this before? Have you ahd success? What does it consist of, DVD’s?
I first heard aout this on pinterest and it showed girls who had lost a spectacular amount of weight in just 30 days. I am interested in trying it, can anyone tell me more about it?

I got really bored with it really quickly, so I can’t attest to any weight loss, but I don’t really see anyone losing more than 10 pounds on it, since it’s only like 25 minutes total.
It’s 3 levels, and you do each level for 10 days. After the third day on the first level, I got so bored because it’s literally the exact same workout, so I quit doing it and went back to going to the gym.
ETA: It’s one DVD…if you decide to try it, you can get it on Amazon for less than $10.

I’ve done the 30 Day Shred, and in my opinion, it’s a killer workout. Jillian really knows how to make you sweat. When I was doing the DVD’s, I didn’t see any weight loss, but that’s because I wasn’t doing any dieting along with them. Now that I’m on Weight Watchers, I’ll probably try them again.

I’ve been doing the workout DVD and I love it. Even though it’s only 3 workouts, the better you get the harder you can make each move, so there’s a lot of different ways to work out. I found that I would do level one for a week and then progress to level 2, keep getting better and trying the harder options. It took me a while to get to level 3 and be able to do it well- building up your core is key. I didn’t follow her diet plan, but following my own rules combined with the tapes, I’ve lost 8 lbs. And this is coming from a girl who usually does 5 days at the gym for 90 minutes- I switched to only doing these tapes and got those results. The circuit training is the key- it’s revs your metabolism.

I did it and I loved it. I should say, I hate working out, so I spent a lot of time swearing at Jillian and wanting to throttle her, but it was worth it. It worked really well for me. It was quick and didn’t require a lot of equipment which was nice. The only thing you have to be cautious of is that she doesn’t do a lot of a cool down/stretching, so continue to stretch after the video ends otherwise you won’t be able to walk the next day. It’s an intense work out! I also took longer than 30 days to do it. I did each level for about 2-3 weeks because I’m a wuss. I hated level 2, so I did it once, and skipped to level 3. When I got bored I would alternate between the levels. I put it on my laptop and did it in my livingroom while watching TV. You will definitely be hot, sweaty, and sore.
I went down 2 dress sizes (started as a 10), and a cup size in my bra (boo!!!!) in about 8-12 weeks. I did it about 3-4 times each week, not every day and I’d say I reasonably watched what I ate, but I wasn’t miltant about it.

I tried it recently and got bored with it. I bought ripped in 30 and I think it has shown better results. I haven’t necessarily lost weight (sooo annoying) but I can definitely see a change in my overall shape and tone.
