    So.. bought the dvd from amazon it had great reviews!  Everyone was saying what a great work out it was yada yada.  Got it today.. put it in.. couldn't even finish the whole 40 minutes! lol I am sssssooo out of shape!  I did the first 10 minutes and about passed out. *sigh*  I'll try again tomorrow, gotta feel the burn!

    Oh my goodness, I have tried 30 day shred and I think thats SUPER hard on level 2. Maybe I should try this one! Im scared now lol

    @oracle, I hear it is very similar to the Shred.  It's a lot of jumping lol and kick boxing moves.  No equipment.  I think I'll get better at it once I can actually stand up again! haha

    mimosa-- I'm in the same boat as you are. I'm totally out of shape. Its just gonna keep getting easier. At least that what I tell myself.

    I have this one and it is tough! There are some of the same moves as Shred, just waaaayyyyyyy more circuits. She gives you some modifications though so don't be afraid to try it.  You won't be bored, that's for sure!

    It takes a while to get used to but both give amazing results! I've been switching back and forth between both. I'm seeing results in a month that took 3 at the gym with the ellipticals

    wow, seems like this is something good then. They sell the 30 day shred for about 10 dollars which is not bad.

    ooooo, yeah i def want to get that dvd!! i've done the 30 day shred once (saw awesome results!) then took a break for a month and now i'm back on the shred (my second week of level 2 ).

    love my jillian!

    I LOVE her BFBM! I haven't tried the other which is all weights. But after I started BFBM'ing it I was able to shred levels 3-2-1.  Then I got married...then lazy and haven't done it really since.  I'm working my way back up though!

    I did this yesterday and it KICKED MY BUTT!  I mean, in a good way but still :P  I think I'm going to continue doing the Shred regularly and supplement with this on the weekends. :)
